Vercity Ranked 23rd in Top 100 Most Inclusive Workplaces

Vercity is ranked 23rd in the Top 100 Most Inclusive Places to Work 2022. We have moved up 22 places due to the commitment to EDI displayed by the FREDIE (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement) Steering Group (FSG) and Champions.

Karen Marie Lobo, Ellie Rowland-Callanan and Stuart Barrington of the FSG enjoyed an inspiring evening at Villa Park for the National Centre for Diversity‘s FREDIE Awards on 9th June where the list was announced.

The Vercity FSG are proud to see the organisation feature in the Top 25 places to work for 2022, and are working towards an even higher ranking next year.

Vercity were also finalists in Steering Group of the Year, and Most Improved Organisation of the Year Award categories.
