A diverse team with a broad range of expertise

Our culture is driven by teamwork. For our global hubs to excel, all staff must feel that they’re operating in an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports differences and encourages input from all perspectives. We’re proud to have created global workplaces where diversity is welcomed and valued by our teams and the company.

To help us achieve this aim, the company has partnered with The National Centre for Diversity. We are well on the way to achieving the coveted Investors in Diversity accreditation through the work we are doing with our ‘FREDIE’ Steering Group (Fairness, Respect, Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Engagement).

Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds and everyone brings their own unique experiences and expertise to the organisation, which enables us to work across a range of sectors. It really is the people that make our company and continue to drive our success.

Influencing positive change for maximum societal and environmental impact

We have a proven track record of delivering societal impact across our built environment projects globally. Our success is acknowledged in the number of awards we win every year in this dynamic industry. In developing critical infrastructure, we help deliver safe, reliable and sustainable projects that benefit wider communities.

In developing dynamic ESG strategies for your organisation, we can help you manage and improve your impact on the environment. Through proactive engagement, we can help you strengthen your existing initiatives and make a positive contribution to the health and well-being of your local communities, while demonstrating to your own investors and stakeholders that your ESG initiatives are delivering enhanced value from their investment.

At Vercity, we can guide you towards enabling your employees and associates to develop and learn about the positive change that can be realised from following ESG principles, wherever you are in the world.
