Linsey Cormier

Linsey joined Vercity in 2014 and has ten years experience working in and leading the financial management of PPP projects through Construction and Operational phases. Linsey has ultimate responsibility for a portfolio of 40 projects across various investors and sectors including but not limited to Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Education and Housing. Linsey is responsible for ensuring her team deliver shareholder value and manage financial risk on the projects while ensuring contractual compliance. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team Linsey contributes to building and delivering the Vercity strategy.

Linsey is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and spent ten years in various finance roles in global companies and private practice.
