Ellie Sinclair

Ellie is an experienced leader, a member of the Senior Leadership Team and a Regional Director. She has specific responsibilities for the management of a team delivering operational MSA services to PFI contracts and facilities. Ellie provides strategic clarity and a drive to provides Clients with a high level of service. As a manager of people, Ellie embodies openness, honesty, and trustworthiness, with a real interest in developing people growth in the business.

She has a wide range of PFI experience covering Health, Housing, Education, Police and Blue Light. Implementing increased governance and monitoring in all areas, she is adept at managing risk by resolving matters quickly and effectively; whilst developing and growing the long-term relationships essential for stable and successful contracts.

Prior to Vercity, Ellie has a diverse background spanning over 30 years across Manufacturing, Asset Management, Retail, Aerospace, Banking, Financial Services, and Local Government. Her career trajectory reflects continuous growth, accumulating transferrable knowledge at each step, thriving on high expectations, always aiming to achieve and grow with the business.

Since 2002, Ellie is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
