Jason McEwen

Jason joined Vercity as Head of Project Management in October 2025.

He is a highly experienced strategic leader with 28 years of expertise delivering major capital programmes, infrastructure projects and business transformation initiatives across the UK and Europe. A Chartered Leader (FCMI, FCMgr) and graduate of the Major Projects Leadership Academy, Jason has held senior roles with the Cabinet Office, Legal & General and the Co-op, as well as key positions at EY, Mace and CBRE. His career combines consulting, commercial and public sector experience, enabling him to drive complex programmes with a strong focus on governance, risk and performance.

At Vercity, Jason leads the Project Management business unit, setting its strategic direction and ensuring service excellence across public and private infrastructure sectors. He works closely with the leadership team to position Project Management as a best-in-class, data-driven service that integrates commercial insight, digital tools and delivery expertise to create lasting client value.
