Vercity Consultancy Team Building

Vercity Consultancy held a charity team building event in aid of Mind on Wednesday 28th September, at Vercity HQ in London, with a village fete twist.

The half-day session was hybrid, with around 45 in attendance and the remaining team dialling in.

After a networking lunch, we had up-dates on the direction and shape of the consultancy business from various staff, followed by interactive sessions to help us work better as teams as we seek to provide the best possible services for our clients. Many thanks to Marie Gardner of Red Thread Strategies via The In-house Training Company.

In-keeping with the Village theme, the team moved onto Finsbury Square for competitive Bowls on the Green, followed by a catch up over drinks and nibbles, with prizes (hampers of local produce from Promise in Store, which supports people with learning disabilities, disabilities and life challenges in paid creative work) for best Villager costumes!

We provided useful information about the direction of the business, as well as positive encouragement and insights to help everyone with their day-to-day challenges.
