Our Strategic Property Advisory (SPA) team is one of our newest and most vibrant teams, helping public and private sector clients unlock value from complex real estate portfolios.
From portfolio strategy and asset repositioning to investment planning and operating model design, we turn insight into action.
Reporting to our Head of Strategic Property (Advisory) you’ll play a hands‑on role in delivering strategic, data‑driven advice. You’ll manage project workstreams, own key outputs and work directly with clients—supported by senior colleagues but trusted with real responsibility.
This is an ideal step for someone looking to move beyond transactional work into strategy, advisory and value creation.
What you’ll be doing:
- Every day will be different – you will be exposed to every part of the role
- Directly supporting our department head you won’t be pigeon holed and you will be exposed to every area we operate across
- Leading day‑to‑day delivery of client workstreams
- Producing high‑quality strategies, business cases and delivery plans
- Translating complex data into clear commercial insights
- Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders
- Supporting bids, proposals and the growth of the advisory practice
- And there will be some mundane stuff too!
About you:
- 2–5 years’ experience in property consulting, surveying, advisory or professional services
- Keen and commercial with a drive to develop
- Confident producing written strategic outputs and client‑ready material
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Commercially aware and comfortable working with financial data
- Proactive, delivery‑focused and adaptable
- A real estate / property degree of qualification would be a benefit, but your attitude and commerciality will be your greatest assets
