Compliance Manager

Vercity is looking for a Compliance / General Manager to take ownership of a major P3 project, leading on contract compliance, operational performance, and stakeholder management.
 
This is a key role with real accountability—working across the Project Company, client, and service providers to ensure delivery meets contractual, commercial, and governance expectations.

The Role

  • Lead compliance with Project Agreements, finance documents, and sub-contracts
  • Manage Partnership Board engagement, reporting, and governance processes
  • Act as the central interface between client, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Oversee performance monitoring, service delivery standards, and risk management
  • Support financial processes including invoicing, lifecycle obligations, and variations
  • Ensure adherence to legal, statutory, and ESG requirements

About You

  • 5-10 years’ experience in facilities / assets / property contract management, infrastructure, or P3/PPP environments
  • Experience in a healthcare setting would be a benefit
  • Strong commercial awareness and operational oversight capability
  • Confident managing senior stakeholders and board-level interactions
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Effective communicator, able to simplify complex issues and drive resolution

This is an opportunity to step into a visible, high-impact role within a complex project environment, with strong scope to influence outcomes and drive performance. Starting salary from $100,000CAD and above depending on experience.
