Our established consultancy services continue to provide support to project teams internally, working closely to deliver a high-quality service to our clients. In implementing a robust reporting process, we help capture live data that leads to confident decision making. Our reports cover key operational and commercial considerations and includes health & safety matters, operational structure, service efficiency, cashflows, and supply chain considerations.

The Result

The construction project, officially launched in June 2006, created 14 kilometres of new road. Our award-winning collaborative working creates a positive impact for the public sector whilst maintaining investor returns.

Project Impact

Golden Ears Way has direct connections to Lougheed Highway, Maple Meadows Way, 113B Avenue, 200th Street, 176th Street (Highway 15) and the Trans-Canada Highway (Highway 1). The completed bridge opened on June 16, 2009. The bridge features bike-pedestrian protected lanes on each side. We identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, minimise performance issues and avoid disputes.
